Using the startup’s software-as-a-service platform, StarHub can henceforth deploy and tweak data-driven customer engagement apps within hours.

One of Singapore’s mainstream telcos, StarHub, has inked a partnership with Perx Technologies, a startup outfit that helps businesses connect and engage with their customers. 

The fruit of this partnership is the new StarHub Rewards digital loyalty program, which StarHub launched last month as part of Starhub’s #HelloChange journey to “do different and better” for customers. Through the integrated My StarHub app, StarHub customers could enjoy instant rewards, a simplified enrolment process, and greater engagement through gamification. As their spending increases, customers will be able to unlock more valuable prizes and services. The telco is now also able to tailor messages and recipients accordingly to, for instance, delight customers during birthdays or special occasions. 

The customer experience app runs on the Perx Technologies’ data-driven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution Perx Platform, which is touted to empower organizations to build highly configurable and personalized engagements quickly, reduce time-to-market and also boost interactivity for a more delightful customer experience.
